Today I would like to talk about energy. We all are energy and when we are able to bring our energy up so that it is higher than our issues and problems, then we are able to handle every obstacle in our life. In order for us to do that first we have to be aware of our negative thoughts that always pop up from our subconscious(SCM) and hunt us. Then change the negative thoughts to positive and reinforce them and boost our energy.

When we think intellectually we use logics and understandings of five-sensory personality. The order of logic and understanding that is capable of meaningfully reflecting the soul come from the heart. Without an awareness of our emotions, we cannot associate the effects of anger, sadness grief, trauma, and joy, within others or ourselves. We cannot distinguish the personality from the soul. Without awareness of our feelings we cannot experience compassion. How can we share the sufferings and joys of others if we cannot experience our own. A compassionate heart is more effective against darkness than an army. If you strike without compassion against the darkness, you yourself enter the darkness.
